Water taxis sped to the burning ship to rescue the crew and roughly 350 patrons at play and transported them to the nearby Sin Ship Johanna Smith. According to lore, the gamblers boarded the Johanna Smith, ordered a cocktail and gambled/danced/partied into the wee hours of the night without missing a beat.
