Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, Main Street Liquor can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all sales on chilled beverages and special-order spirits are final to ensure product integrity and safety.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the bottle is unopened, the seal is intact, and you have the original sales receipt or digital order confirmation.

Email our returns team or visit our storefront to initiate a request; please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Product Inspection
Bring the item to our Main Street location or ship it back via a certified courier for a quality inspection by our cellar manager.
Receive Refund
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, excluding any original shipping fees.
